Storage	Upon receipt, store immediately at -20 to -70°C:12 months from date of receipt. After reconstitution under sterile conditions: 2 to 8 °C or 1 month or -20 to -70°C for 6 months. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Immunoassay	Ligand Biding- Sandwich ELISA In a sandwich ELISA, a concentration of 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) of recombinant human 4Ig-B7-H3 (Cat.#: 0721141) will be detected by the Anti-B7H3 Ab (Cat.#:0731074) when used with goat anti-human IgG(H+L) as the secondary antibody. The EC50 is 51 ng/mL.
