产品介绍
肺泡上皮细胞主要分为两型：Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型。
Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞（ATⅠ）
Ⅰ型细胞约占肺泡上皮细胞总数的25%，但它们覆盖了约97%的肺泡表面积。这些细胞参与构成气血屏障，行使气体交换的功能。
Ⅰ型细胞胞质内细胞器较少，但吞饮小泡较多，能够通过吞饮方式摄入吸入空气中的微小尘粒和上皮表面的表面活性物质，然后将这些物质转运至间质内，通过淋巴系统进行消除。
这些细胞的间连接为绝对不可渗型，限制肺泡间质中的液体和蛋白样物质渗入肺泡腔，同时防止肺泡腔内的流体和其他物质进入间质内。
Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞（ATⅡ）
Ⅱ型细胞胞体较小，呈立方形，核圆形，散布于Ⅰ型细胞之间，略凸向肺泡腔。
Ⅱ型细胞胞质中富含线粒体、粗面内质网、游离核蛋白体，高尔基复合体较发达。核上区的胞质中还可见嗜锇板层小体和多泡体。
嗜锇板层小体内含以磷酯酞胆-碱为主要成分的表面活性物质，通过胞吐的方式释放到肺泡上皮表面，形成一层薄膜，降低肺泡的表面张力，防止肺泡萎陷，稳定肺泡直径。
Ⅱ型细胞还具有增殖和分化潜能，能够增殖并分化成Ⅰ型上皮细胞，对于维持肺脏稳态以及肺损伤修复过程中起着至关重要的作用。
